2. License and Acceptable Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use TheoSumma for lawful personal and internal business use. You may not reverse engineer, abuse, disrupt, or use the service to violate laws or third-party rights.

3. Auto-Renewable Subscription Terms

TheoSumma offers auto-renewable subscriptions, including Basic, Standard, and Pro plans.

• Length: 1 month per subscription period, unless otherwise stated in-product.
• Price: shown in-app or at checkout for your storefront, currency, and region.
• Renewal: subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before renewal.
• Billing: payment is charged to your Apple App Store, Google Play account, or web checkout method.
• Cancellation: manage and cancel via your Apple or Google subscription settings for in-app purchases, or through your TheoSumma account for web purchases.
• Renewal timing and cancellation deadlines follow Apple and Google platform billing rules where applicable.

4. Refunds

Refund eligibility depends on purchase channel and applicable law. Apple and Google purchases are handled under their respective billing and refund policies. For web purchases, contact us at [email protected].

5. Content and Accuracy

TheoSumma uses AI to generate responses. Outputs may contain errors and should not be treated as legal, medical, financial, or professional advice.

6. Disclaimer and Liability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, TheoSumma disclaims warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages.
