Violations may contain (but are not limited to) trying to ask the AI model to provide you with the platform content, technology, and any information that exposes a threat to TheoSumma. The treat may include (but is not limited to) exposing data, prompt, technology, and workflow to any official or unofficial entity.
Users must engage with TheoSumma in a respectful manner. Content, prompts, or interactions that promote hate speech, hostility, or discrimination based on religion, belief, race, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, or any other protected characteristic are strictly prohibited. TheoSumma reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this principle.

Refund Policy
If the content you purchased is not what you were expecting, you can request, within 3 days of your purchase of the content, that TheuSumma applies a refund to your account. We reserve the right to apply your refund as a refund credit or a refund to your original payment method, at our discretion, depending on the capabilities of our payment service providers, and the platform from which you purchased your content. No refund is due to you if you request it after the 3-days guarantee time limit has passed. However, if the content you previously purchased is disabled for legal or policy reasons, you are entitled to a refund beyond this 3-day limit.
To request a refund, send an email address to [email protected] and include in the subject “Refund Request” and in the body of the email add your information along with your case.
At our discretion, if we believe you are abusing our refund policy, such as if you’ve consumed a significant portion of questions and that you want to refund or if you’ve previously refunded the content, we reserve the right to deny your refund, restrict you from other future refunds, ban your account, and/or restrict all future use of the services.
