Delete Your TheoSumma Lite Account

You can delete your TheoSumma account and associated data at any time. There are two ways to request deletion.

Option 1 — In the app

Open TheoSumma Lite, go to Settings → Account → Delete account, and confirm. Your account and data are scheduled for deletion immediately.

Option 2 — By email

Send an email from the address associated with your account to [email protected] with the subject "Delete my account." We may ask you to verify ownership of the account before processing the request.

Important: one account across TheoSumma

Your TheoSumma account is shared between TheoSumma Lite and the full TheoSumma app. Deleting it removes your access to both apps. If you only want to stop using TheoSumma Lite, you can simply sign out and uninstall it without deleting your account.

What is deleted

• Your account and profile (name, email, preferences).
• Your conversations and chat history.

What may be retained

We may retain a limited amount of data where required to meet legal, security, or fraud-prevention obligations, and we may keep aggregated or anonymized data that no longer identifies you.

Timeline

Deletion requests are processed promptly and completed within 30 days, except for data we are required to retain as described above.
